Skyrim Challenge #19, #20

Mods or no Mods?

I prefer no mods because I like taking screenshots OOC, as it were.

What do you hate most about Skyrim?

Hate is such a strong word.  Several complaints I have of Skyrim are as follows;

• There aren’t enough people to marry
• It’s lame that when you get married they just hang out around your house (Anika’s warrior wolf-man just starting cooking and keeping an invisible store, what’s up with that?)
• My game crashes if I minimize it
• Dragons become WAY too easy to kill after about 15 levels
• People don’t treat you differently as you advance.  It honestly doesn’t make sense for a guard to sardonically say, “Let me guess, someone stole your sweetroll”, when I’m wearing dragonbone armor that I not only got from slaying a dragon, but also crafting myself.  

These are just stupid minor things, though.  The game MAJORLY AWESOME ANYWAY.

Skyrim Challenge #18

Favorite house?

I LOVED my little cottage in Riften.  I don’t understand how a dismal city can have such a lovely, homey house.  It had a tiny sitting room with a cooking fire, a bedroom with a chest and a wardrobe, and downstairs there were a few small rooms decked out for adventuring purposes.  It was nice to have a storage room to dump all my gear and the mannequins to put extra armor on.  I know it wasn’t nearly as big as some of the other houses, but it really felt like a place I would enjoy living in.

Hoarder or no?

Definitely YES.  I keep everything.  I bought all the houses and dump my random crap everywhere.  This wouldn’t be a problem if traders had enough money to buy it all.

Least Favorite Creature?

OH GOD SKEEVERS.

I don’t have directional hearing (half deaf), so they ALWAYS SNEAK UP ON ME.  They don’t care that I’m level 50 and can kill them by tapping them with a finger, NO, SKEEVERS DON’T GIVE A CRAP.

Favorite in-game book?

Oh lord, it has got to be “The Lusty Argonian Maid Vol. 1”

ACT IV, SCENE III, CONTINUED

Lifts-Her-Tail: Certainly not, kind sir! I am here but to clean your chambers.

Crantius Colto: Is that all you have come here for, little one? My chambers?

Lifts-Her-Tail: I have no idea what it is you imply, master. I am but a poor Argonian maid.

Crantius Colto: So you are, my dumpling. And a good one at that. Such strong legs and shapely tail.

Lifts-Her-Tail: You embarrass me, sir!

Crantius Colto: Fear not. You are safe here with me.

Lifts-Her-Tail: I must finish my cleaning, sir. The mistress will have my head if I do not!

Crantius Colto: Cleaning, eh? I have something for you. Here, polish my spear.

Lifts-Her-Tail: But it is huge! It could take me all night!

Crantius Colto: Plenty of time, my sweet. Plenty of time.

Skyrim Challenge #14

Favorite Weapon?

I LOVE sneaking around with a bow, but I am absolutely awful at kiting, so the quicksave comes in handy, haha.

Sneakily assassinating bad guys makes me feel cool.

Skyrim Challenge #13

Favorite Spell?

I wasn’t much of a spells person when I played, mostly because it was more micro-managey than I wanted.  I really liked the ability to summon Lucien Lachance (though that’s more of an ability than a spell), and I liked summoning ghost wolves and flamey ladies.  So for a while I had an awesome posse consisting of a horse, Lydia, and a pyro!

Skyrim Challenge #12

Favorite shout?

My favorite shout is definitely Clear Skies. :D  I wish I’d known about it earlier in the game, or else I’d have been taking screenshots a lot more often!  Skyrim really can look beautiful in all weather types, but the aurora borealis is definitely my favorite scenic aspect.

Favorite antagonist?

Bears.

I honestly have no idea.  Alduin wasn’t that interesting to me, and everyone else.. Well, I don’t even know their names, I just killed them.
